As a Technical Services employee, you're responsible for the daily maintenance and technical condition of our wellness facilities. You usually start early, around 06.00 hours. While Saré prepares for a new day, you ensure everything is ready for our guests.

Your tasks include:

• Starting up and inspecting the wellness facilities

• Performing maintenance on saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, and cabins

• Carrying out minor repairs and replacing parts

• Identifying and resolving technical issues

• Performing cleaning and maintenance work

• Restocking and organizing materials and products

• Performing simple garden work and other practical tasks

No two days are exactly the same. You work according to fixed maintenance routines, but you'll also encounter unexpected tasks where you find your own suitable solutions.

You have technical insight, enjoy working with your hands, and prefer working independently. You see what needs to be done and take on tasks on your own initiative. Experience in a technical role or with maintenance is a plus. A technical qualification is not required.

Additionally, you're careful, practically minded, and have an eye for quality, safety, and hygiene. You can work well independently, but you also know when to involve a colleague.

Within the Technical Services team, you have a lot of independence and responsibility. You work mainly in the mornings, so your workday is usually finished by midday.

• A position of 20 to 24 hours per week; more hours are possible by arrangement

• Mainly fixed morning shifts, finishing by 12.00 hours at the latest

• Mainly weekday shifts, with occasional weekend morning shifts
